Warwick Beerfest - raising money for a great cause
Updated: Aug 29, 2019

A brand new Masonic beer festival is coming to Warwick this September. To be held over Friday 20th and Saturday the 21st at Alderson House, 23 High Street, Warwick, the inaugural 'WARWICK BEERFEST' will focus on locally sourced Warwickshire ales, beers and stouts, together with a selection of real ciders. Alongside an assortment of delicious Street Food including hand pressed Warwickshire Beer Burgers and home smoked pulled jackfruit baps will be a selection of Gins and mixers from a Warwickshire Distillery as well as a Prosecco bar.
Organised by members of Alderson House Masonic Lodges the event will raise funds for the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF). The MCF is one of the largest grant making charities in the country donating over £5 million each year helping thousands of disadvantaged and vulnerable people to live happy, fulfilling lives and to participate actively in society. The Warwick Beerfest will be a great place to try some wonderful local beer and food, listen to local musicians and raise some money for a very good cause.
We are calling on local lodges, other masonic orders and individual businesses to help us in our endeavours by sponsoring a firkin of beer for £50.00, and of course to support the event by buying tickets and bringing friends along to enjoy a couple of great days and some excellent beer.
To become a sponsor please go to the Beerfest website and complete the online form. As well as 2 VIP entry tickets which include souvenir glasses, sponsors will be listed on the website as well as in the event programme and their name together with any submitted logo will appear on a cask of beer or box of cider at the festival.
The beer festival will run from 4 pm until 10 pm on the Friday and from noon until 10 pm on the Saturday. Entry will be by advanced tickets which are now available via the website and will also be available from Alderson House and other local outlets.
Tickets are priced £10 and are available for either the Friday or Saturday, this price includes entry, a souvenir glass and £5.00 worth of beer tokens. Further details including sponsorship and ticket details can be found on the BeerFest website: www.warwickbeerfest.co.uk
