Lodge of Goodwill (via TSB Bank) donates to Knowle Food Bank Fund
W Bro David Wright, Lodge of Goodwill No 3899, works in Customer Liaison for TSB Bank, which has various ongoing charitable initiatives, one of which has benefitted Knowle Masonic Centre Community Fund.
The Bank had invited each of its branches to nominate a local community fund, which would be considered for a donation. W Bro David nominated the Knowle Masonic Centre Food Bank fund, and was delighted to receive a cheque for £200, which he presented to W Bro Peter McBride at Knowle. Peter is co-ordinator of the KMC Food Bank fund, which donates food items to those in need, via St Philips Church, Dorridge.
Good to know that the charitable arm of one of the main banks will support a Masonic cause, and well done to David for thinking of the Knowle Community Fund.
