Leigh Lodge surrenders its warrant

On Wednesday 21 November 2018, Leigh Lodge No 887 Surrendered its Warrant.  The Lodge was formerly known as The Leigh Lodge of Rifle Volunteers No 1189, the Warrant being granted in 1861. 

The Lodge has had a long association with local cadet groups and following the Closing of the Lodge for the last time, the assembled Brethren were treated to a display by the Drums and Flutes of Warwickshire Army Cadet Force - Northfield Detatchment.  It was a fitting way to celebrate the life of the Lodge and end the meeting in fine style.
