Freemasons in Warwick welcome in the community for the inaugural Warwick Beerfest
Autumn sunshine and a warm welcome greeted families and beer drinkers who attended the first Beer festival to be held at Warwick Masonic Centre, Alderson House, on Friday 20th and Saturday the 21st September 2019.

Warwick Beerfest, which was organised by members of local Masonic lodges to raise funds for the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF), was jointly opened on the Friday evening by the Mayor of Warwick, Councillor Neale Murphy and the Provincial Grand Master of Warwickshire, RW Bro David F Macey.
As well as a selection of over 30 real ales, ciders and perry the festival boasted both a Prosecco Bar and a Gin Bar. Soft drinks, snacks and food were also available and these together with live music throughout both days contributed to the family friendly atmosphere which which was also enjoyed by a number of canine companions.
W Bro Peter Round, Manager of Alderson House said; 'The organisers were delighted to see so many families and first time visitors to Alderson House at our first festival and this created a lovely relaxed atmosphere'.
Over the weekend the event attracted around 700 visitors, including many members of the local community, giving them the opportunity to sample great beverages whilst meeting and talking to local Freemasons, spearheaded by the Warwickshire "Let's Talk" Team, who were on hand to dispel any myths and spark interest in our visitors.
